This experience largely comes from the elevation, soil type, harvesting and processing type these beans are raised and cultivated in!

Our roasting process helps distinguish Blue Label Coffee beans from other brands! We utilize small batch roasting techniques to develop flavors and aroma that other, larger batch roasting (common with large coffee organizations) use.

Our coffee beans are roasted at the BLCC HQ in Salt Lake City, Utah!

We pride ourselves in processing orders as they come in! However, due to collaborating with international farms, processing times can sometimes be dependent on them! If you order a coffee origin that is still in the process of shipping to our Blue Label Coffee Company HQ, we will let you know VIA email.

Yes! In order to return a bag of coffee and get a refund, the seal must not be broken. 30-day returns are permitted. A refund will be processed and sent to the original card/payment method used after BLCC receives the returned coffee. If the bag is opened, a refund will not be permitted.

We use economy and standard shipping options! These rates are calculated based on location and are calculated and are controlled by the shipping company.

Absolutely! BLCC's founder is a current LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) and we take supporting First Responders seriously! We donate to charities and causes that assist with Officers/Fire Fighters injured in the Line of Duty! We also frequently donate coffee and money to assist local Police and Fire agencies!
